Every project starts with positioning, before we open any design tool.

A 90-minute working session to get clear on who you're really talking to and what actually makes you different. That upfront hour is what makes everything after it line up.

Positioning & Messaging Workshops

This is where every engagement begins. We lock in on who you are, who needs to know about you, how you will reach them, and why consumers should care in the first place.

Brand Identity

Logo, typography, color, illustration, photography, product look & feel, etc. We're building the foundation that displays why consumers should trust you, and the package that your whole marketing execution is backed by.

Responsive Web Design

Messaging, copywriting, design, and Webflow or Framer build. I like to handle it from start to finish.

Pitch Decks, eBooks, & Sales Collateral

Anything that comes under the marketing umbrella, I have created. All the materials that go in front of investors and buyers.

Most technical companies look less credible than they actually are.

I'm on a mission to fix that.

The deck says one thing, the website says another, the sales collateral says a third. To a cautious institutional buyer, that inconsistency reads as risk, and it quietly costs you deals you should be winning. Most of the time it's a consistency problem, and consistency is fixable.

Who actually does the work?

Me, Gurjinder. And when a project needs illustration, motion, or developer work at volume, I bring in specialists and direct them, so the work stays consistent and you have one point of contact (me again).

How does an engagement start?

Always with a positioning session. Before any design, we get clear on who your brand and product are for, and what you're trying to say. That hour is what makes the rest of our work aligned.

What are typical timelines?

An audit is one week. A full Brand Glow-Up usually runs more than four weeks, depending on scope. Fractional work is month to month, with an agreed-upon number of weekly hours.

How much do you charge?

Less than a bad rebrand ends up costing you, more than a Fiverr template. I know that's not the number you were after. Truth is it depends on scope, and I'd rather not quote you something that turns out wrong. The audit is a fixed price and the easiest way in. After that you get a real number, not a range.

We already have a brand. Do we need to start over?

Usually not. More often the pieces are fine and just aren't lined up, which is a smaller job than starting from scratch. The audit tells us which one you're looking at, a tune-up or a rebuild. And I'll be straight with you either way, even if the answer is that you don't need me yet.

Can you work with our in-house team or agency?

Yes, and it's often the best setup. I can lead the work or slot into what your team's already running, directing where that helps and building where it's needed. I work remotely by default. If you're a NYC company, I'm local and can swing by the office during the engagement ;)
